Keith A. Woodward
Keith Woodward has served in multiple financial roles throughout his career, including major operating divisional roles and an international assignment at Cereal Partners Worldwide in Switzerland. He also has had cross-functional experiences in marketing and sales.
He joined General Mills in 1991 as a senior financial analyst in Corporate Growth and Development. In 1995 he served as Corporate Financial Manager for Cereal Partners Worldwide, GMI’s cereal joint venture with Nestlé.
Woodward returned from Switzerland in 1998 and became the Director of Financial Operations in Snacks Unlimited. He moved to the Big G cereals division and was promoted to vice president, Finance, in March 2000. Woodward moved cross-functionally to the Bakeries and Foodservice Division as the vice-president of Restaurant Accounts and later as vice president of Foodservice Business Development before heading up Finance for General Mills Supply Chain and ITQ organizations.
Woodward was named Senior Vice President, Financial Operations in June 2008. In this role, he oversaw all financial operating and planning activities for the U.S. Retail and Convenience Stores & Foodservice operating segments, as well as the financial functional areas in Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing Services and Innovation & Technology.
Prior to his time with General Mills, he worked as a CPA for Price Waterhouse.
